ScholarshipsEquity in Higher Education Scholarship. This scholarship accompanies the SECE, Equity in Higher Education Conference. Students must apply for both the conference and the scholarship, then attend the conference to be eligible for a scholarship. Applications for the 2019 Equity in Higher Education Conference will be available January 2019.
